The fruit and vegetable homicide begins

Today I embark on a new chapter of personal health. I am murdering helpless fruits and vegetables so that I can absorb there nutrients. Juicing my victims for my health, longevity, and radiant beauty.

"Ginger Hopper" (meets Popeye) 

Serving: 2

1/4 inch ginger
1 apple, cut into wedges
4 carrots
Handful of spinach

It is known for it's abilities to restore energy, increase vitality, and improve the quality of the blood. Carrots are packed full of vitamin A, which is incredible for your skin and eyesight. Apples contain the fiber, Pectin. This gel like fiber is amazing for assisting the muscles in your intestinal tract to push out waste. This fiber can also bind to and eliminate toxins in the stomach.
